Upon reaching, we found out 6.30 were just sold out and we had no choice but to watch an 8pm show at the 2nd row from the front. Well, I hope its a good movie. Lincoln was prolly watching it for Megan Fox but yeah. So we waited 3 hrs. Thats right. 3 hours. Doing nothing. Except watching Aloy fight Lincoln. At Street Fighter of course.
Alright alright, I know everyone's dying to hear about the movie. Well IMO it was really great, although most of the users on IMDB said it sucks and that theres a lot of racism in the movie. Well I say they're just paranoid and for me it was really pretty EPIC and kinda beat the first one. Also I heard it took in 53million just on the opening day. Hear that trolls? No matter how much critics try to flame a movie, the numbers show it all. Critics said the same thing for first TF1 but it ended up being nominated for 3 academy awards.
Okay so the movie opened with a pretty nice fight in Shang Hai where new autobots are shown to kinda be involved especially a concept Corvette which looks really great and it kinda reminds me of the vintage Stingray. Also one of the best cars of the movie, the Audi R8, appeared for a mere few minutes before being torn up. You think with a blockbuster movie featuring your car would you want it to be destroyed 10min in the movie, what more by a car of another brand? Seriously Chevy seems to be written all over the movie. The Camaro, Volt, Corvette and the two twins were all Chevrolet. Seriously I think the Corvette Concept is really impressing me. I love its sleek design and the way it moves. I may switch from Ford to Chevy LOL. Just kidding. But yeah, its a great car.

Okay so the movie proceeded with a few funny moments albeit some were corny humor, especially the Judy Witwicky parts. Those were lame. What I like about the movie was that it was kinda an improvement which seemed to me based on reception of the previous movie. the previous featured Bumblebee talking through radio which the audiences liked and I think thats why they brought it back. Also, Optimus was shown to be kinda pussy in the first movie being thrown around by Megatron and only winning due to Sams help. However, this time, He was just plain BADASS.
I mean come on the first movie he was almost owned by Megs alone and this time he fought All 3 of Starscream, Megs and also some guy during the forest fight as well as the Fallen in the final fight. He literally man-handled the Decepticon guys like yeah. The best part was when he was kinda pushed back to the ground, I guess he got kinda fed-up with all that crap and prolly had a bad hair day coz he soon proceeded to stand up strong and boomed "Come. I'll take you ALL on!"
I just shivered at that point. He was a totally different robot from last time. Its hard to think he got that strong in two years. You think in these 2 years while megs was rotting away on the oceanbed collecting algae Optimus Prime spent his days studying martial arts and of course, watching 300, which was prolly where he got his one man army powers from. With this, I guess it could be said that Optimus Prime was, well, (excuse the pun) in his "PRIME".

Okay so the movie had its moments as well as a lot of improvements. Sadly it was coupled with cheesy and un-necessary slow-mo scenes, and lame parents making a racket at college. It was also seemed to be sex-fueled as almost everything was sexual related. I wouldnt say what coz I'm lazy to type.
Overall I'll give it a 8.5/10. It would be higher if not for the Judy Witwicky scenes. I went in expectantly and I guess I can say I walked out satisfied and looking forward to the sequel, where I heard would be featuring the Autobots Dinobots. Kewl.
Oh and btw, remember the Corvette transformer I mentioned? I just found a picture of him and it looks great, although he seems a bit Decepticon-ish.
