First of all, I am simply too lazy to write the birthday-gasm Act 3 or whatever that is left. Hell, the past weeks I have been doing nothing but playing Left4Dead2. I haven't even started on my homework yet. Fml.
Okay so lets bring you, my reader, up to date. Yesterday night, we finally, finally organized a sizeable outing with about 10 people? Yeah.
The outing was, of course, to go Old Changi Hospital, again. The previous I admit, we were pretty freaked out. However this time, I dunno if it was the large number of people or perhaps coz we already went before, but it didn't seem half as scary. lol. Nevertheless, some pussies cough*lincoln*cough still don't dare to come, claiming it was too scary. Well I don't blame him. For a guy who scared of even Hotel626 homepage, I would say is confirm no balls. rofl.
My sis took the flashlight I bought the previous time, so I had to spend another 6.90 on some shitty flashlight that stopped working the moment I reached home. Bryan even had to went to exchange coz well, apparently his spoiled while we were waiting for the bus.
That's what you get when you~.....................buy China products.....
Okay neh mind not funny.
I also realized that some people need to know when to quit. seriously. When we say party's by invitation only, we mean it. Nobody invited your sorry ass so don't come along and say 'oh, I'm braver than you guys and therefore I rule.' No, it doesn't work that way. FYI (No reference to Utada), you can drop the act coz no one believes you. Enough with the bs about your friends can do this do that, or that you can punch a guy till he vomits. Our outings are for the cool and the minority, so yeah, don't think you can crash it anytime you want.
BACK TO TOPIC.
OCH wasn't really that bad actually. I mean, when you go up till the 3rd or 4th floor, and you look out the windows, you can really see the night skyline at the horizon. Its kinda beautiful and mesmerizing in fact. Pity it was raining the night before (I think?), so the top 2 floor were rather waterlogged and as a result we could not continue further. Trust me, in the first 5 min you might be thinking about scary shit and stuff like that but soon you will get quite relaxed and take time to appreciate the aging structure and its magnificent history and well of course, the countless graffiti.
The only rather freaky part (that I could remember), was when we just ascended to the 3rd floor, and Weilong said that he recalled reading at some forums that people mentioned the 3rd floor was used for some cult rituals and shit.
Hearing it, I was thinking prolly we wouldn't be that unlucky and most prolly its bull'.
However, we walked down a short hallway and the first thing we saw when we turned into a large cleared room were strings stretching from one end of the room to the other. Hung on the string were different colored pieces of paper. Upon moving closer, we discovered they were actually sorta like talismans? I'm not sure. But from what I remember, its like a square piece of paper, with a picture of a goddess in the middle, with what seems like Sanskrit writing surrounding it in forming multiple circumferences.
"Oh...shit." Was all I remembered saying.
It seems to me like there really had been a cult conducting rituals here. Come to think of it, the goddess in the picture, if I'm not wrong, reminds me of Shiva.
God knows what those people were doing up there. But whatever it is, I wouldn't wanna be there when they are doing it.
So after about half an hour, we exited the compound, and met a couple walking towards the structure carrying torches that completely outshines (literally) our own flashlights. Each of theirs is like the brightness of 5 of ours, maybe more. One of them was a foreigner, and she asked if we just explored the area, and did we see the people living up there. We were like wtf, since when do anyone live in OCH?
When asked further, we found to our relief, or was it amusement? that what lead her to the thought, was that using her epic torchlight, she shone all the way to the 3rd floor and was able to see the pieces of paper hung on the strings used for the rituals. Due to the distance she could not see the printing, and from where she was, it seemed like towels to her. Rofl-copter.
Well, and that was that. OCH was done, more or less. A 10-man raid. Next up, LFG Red House. Anyone?
