So I made a typical comment about women doing laundry on twitter recently. And immediately came under a barrage of attacks from other females claiming I was chauvinistic and well, misogynistic as one says.
Really?
Correct me if I'm wrong, but everyone have been making jokes about other races in schools, even with friends who are of the race in the jokes. And everyone laughs along. Because its good fun, isn't it? People make fun of us Chinese and we too laugh at the jokes, look at our eyes and then burst out laughing again. Because yes, our eyes are like Brock's from Pokemon.
My point is, nobody's taking all these stuff seriously, because we didn't mean it in the first place.
Right.
Yet when I went ahead and made a stereotype I get criticized and frowned upon.
So let me get this straight, girls. It's okay when we joke about guys and other races because it's so funny and true but everything's is derogatory and insulting to the female species when we make a single sandwich/kitchen/laundry (sorry, couldn't make up my mind) reference?
Sigh, women logic. I just don't get it.
Anyway, gonna book in in about an hour from now.
Due to live firing this weekend I'm only booking out in 2 weeks.
