Mind you, I do live like a stone's throw away from school. I can jolly well wake up at 7am, nua in bed for a while, then shower, eat breakfast, walk to school while listening to music and still make it in time for assembly. Yes. That's how close my house is to school.
However, I was late today. How? Well, I would say it was a series of unfortunate events.
I decided to ride my bicycle to school today just for fun. I presume that in my eagerness to quickly cycle, I spaced out about having PE today. Thus, when I sat down in the canteen with Jackson, I suddenly realized that I had PE. I hastily called my mom help me bring my PE clothes and throw it over the fence.
On the way to meeting her, I met Pok Chow and being a gr8 friend, he offered to wait for me. Good man huh?
So yeah what happened was that my mom threw the clothes over the fence but it landed on top of those thick bushes. At the same time, I heard the bell ring and I desperately shook the tree with all my force, trying to make the plastic bag fall. Lol.
So yeah long story short we got it and immediately we rushed to the D block where our class was located. We barely reached the first floor when we heard the national anthem playing. Fuck.
And that was how I became late. Sigh.
Since its my first time offence, I didn't receive any penalty. And it wasn't the penalty that I care about. Its the fact that well, a certain someone saw Pok Chow and I at the fence and told on us. I mean, we can't hide the fact that we're late but it definitely wasn't necessary to draw the whole class' attention to us. In the end Pok and I became a laughing stock due to that.
Sometimes, ya just gotta learn when to keep quiet, know whada I mean?
Sigh nvm... At least people forgot about it soon enough. Whereas one of the earlier 'jokes' the person pulled last year was still circulating and seriously, it kinda ruined my life when people who didn't know the joke thought it was true. I mean okay, I can take jokes but theres always a limit. You cross that limit and boomz, Incredi-Quah will surface. Trust me, you wouldn't like him. Roflmao.
Rest of the day was pretty much mundance cept for a few incidents but I guess its too sensitive to talk about. However, if you were observant enough you shoulda realised that somehow whatever I said above was rather close to that certain 'incident' eh? Haha.
Well, its 2.04 am according to my clock (Blogger's time is screwed)and I gtg finish up that math graph qn. Yes, I hadn't completed it so scold me/tell on me whatever you want, see if I care. Lol.
