Motherfucker.
Sigh I guess I'll just retype then.
Had College Road Run this morning. Was pretty hyped for it actually but in the end I performed way below my expectations.
It was partly due to this chest pain that I occasionally experience when I run. It hasn't been bothering me recently but sadly this morning, it returned.
Damn.
All I could do to ease the pain was to take extra deep breaths and jog slowly, leading to a lot of people overtaking me as it was still in an early leg of the race.
And I'm pretty pissed coz I even lost to one of my classmate whom I usually win. Okay I'm not saying that I'm a good runner. In fact, I feel that I am very unfit, per se, but when you juxtapose me to him, I kinda win in overall so when I found out that he was a few places ahead, I was quite disappointed.

On a side note, the prize-giving/speech after the run was done with us sitting under the scorching sun while the 'officials' calmly stood beneath the shelter of the tents and took their time with the ceremony. At least I didn't try to follow girls and go hide inside the hall like a puss, only to be sent out later.
We went to eat at Tampines 1 later on for lunch, and we kinda reserved this seat for this someone whom we thought was joining us for lunch as he said. We did see him entering the restaurant, however it was with his own friends. Turns out he bailed on us.
And no, returning for a few second to make a few jokes and letting us di-siao him does not mean the incident is forgotten. We might look like we don't mind, but people don't forget. (Disappointed hor?)n
Well anyways back to topic. They had this 1 for 1 deal, where you can order one main dish and get another main dish for free. I guess it was usually meant for couples or maybe two friends eating together. However, I did not eat breakfast and since feeling rather famished, I felt it was an extremely good deal. For solo-ing, that is.
Yeah so I kinda had a Mushroom Chicken Steak with fries and seasoned vegetables , together with another plate of chicken aglio-olio. When the food came, I looked at it and felt a small part of me fearing that I wouldn't be able to finish. After all, most of the girls were saying they were damn hungry and yet were not able to finish one main dish.
But then again, they're girls. So I started strong, chomping my way down those pasta and meat OM NOM NOM NOM NOM............
I finished it. Yes. Faster than I expected. It wasn't that bad really, not as bad as eating Sakae or Seoul Garden.
Well apart from my accomplishments on the dining table, there are also a couple of issues I kinda wanna address. First is that when you have a secret, be extremely (and I mean really extremely) careful about who you disclose or confide to.
Secrets. Well, people find out about secrets. I guess when you're holding someone else's secret, there tends to be this urge to tell other people in order to have something exciting/juicy to talk about. It's just like electrons during photosynthesis. One of 'em knows something exciting, and within no time it will spread like wildfire.
I have decided that I shall never share secrets with anyone anymore. Not after what has happened. None can be trusted, as I've said. One second you might think you're telling a person who understands you. Next second everyone knows.
FML.
There are still more issues I wanna discuss. But now, the dude is tired and sleepy, for he still has homework to do to prepare for tmr, which is the lesson siao day.
Maybe next time.
Later.
